This proposal is for the Tokyo Business Design Award, in response to the participating company theme, "Bending and twisting processing of high-durability steel strips." "Baneban" is a fastening device that utilizes the springiness of steel strips to act as a gentle third hand in situations where you can't reach or don't have enough hands. Existing products with a bracing function, such as tension rods and door stoppers, are mainly used inside buildings, but Baneban is a new tool that allows you to easily secure things in small spaces that are out of reach and require movement. Baneban has a simple mechanism consisting of an elastic strip and fastening parts to form a ring, making it an item that anyone can easily use. Attachments can be developed according to the application, expanding the contact area for stability or allowing it to be used by hooking, thus expanding its usage scenarios and functions and increasing its versatility. This is a proposal for a highly versatile, multi-purpose tool that utilizes the outward force in the opposite direction to the elasticity of a rubber band, which generates inward force.

東京ビジネスデザインアワードの参加企業テーマ「高耐久鋼の帯材への曲げねじり加工」に向けての提案。「バネバン」は鋼帯材のバネ性を活かした手が届かないや手が足りないといった場面で、優しく突っ張る第３の手の役割を果たしてくれる固定具。現行商品の突っ張る機能は、突っ張り棒やドアストッパーなどは建物のなかで使うことが主な用途ですが、バネバンは移動を伴う手の届かない小空間のなかでもモノを手軽に固定する新たな手段となります。このバネバンは弾力性のある帯とリング状にする為の留め具パーツからなるシンプルな仕組みとなっており、誰でも簡単に使えるアイテムです。グリップ力と安全性のため鋼帯材を芯材にラバー素材で包む構造となっており、留め具パーツはバンドをリング状にこていするだけでなく、連結も可能。用途に応じたアタッチメントの展開が可能となっており、接触面積を広げて安定させたり、引っ掛けて使用するなど使用シーンや機能の拡張となり、汎用性が広がります。内側への力が生まれる伸縮性を活かした輪ゴムと逆方向の外向きの力を活かした汎用性の高い多用途な道具の提案です。
